The two central activity areas of Schimmel, the production of filters and automatic turned parts, are combined into a highly efficient production system, when composition products are requested by the customer that require the collaboration of both manufacturing areas. For example, this includes all types of screw-in filters and screw sockets made of steel, brass, aluminum or plastic.

From one source, our customers are provided with a consistent offering, that considers the specific criteria on the customer side as well as the exact filtration requirements and even the aspect of process safety from the beginning. This enables us to achieve very short processing times in the proposal phase as well as later on in the series production phase and throughout the entire production process.

For combination parts made of metal, we use both standard and special combination technologies.
